Span-Track® full-width roller, carton flow track (also known as case flow track) can be added to any new or existing pallet rack system - no shelves or intermediate supports are required. Tracks can easily be picked up and moved or rearranged by hand to suit your individual SKU's. The beauty of Span-Track® is its simplicity and versatility.

These full-width flow tracks are extremely robust and durable, allowing loading capacities of up to 50lbs/sq.ft. while also providing outstanding real world abuse resistance. The full-width ¾" diameter rollers are made from tempered aluminum and spin on full length 3/16" diameter steel axles.

The roller/axle assemblies are fixed to galvanized steel support channels helping provide a remarkably efficient yet cost-effective carton flow product. The full-width rollers provide evenly distributed contact with the carton eliminating hang-ups and as a result provide great product flow throughout your system.

Span-Track® allows the versatility of utilizing pallet racking bays above your Span-Track® picking faces to be utilized for storing pallet loads of material for replenishment of the SKU's within the carton flow.

We offer three different models of Span-Track® - Low Profile, High Profile and Deck Track. All are full-width roller track in widths of 6", 9", 12" and 15". Tracks can be ordered in standard or custom lengths to suit your requirements as needed. Many options and optional accessories are available including:

Durability

ShelfTRACK's full width roller track can be used as a direct replacement for plastic wheel roll tracks in existing carton flow/case flow shelf beds. Put an end to replacing damaged plastic wheeled tracks, retrofit your existing carton flow shelves with ShelfTRACK simply and easily. ShelfTRACK provides superior product flow in operations requiring impact abuse and toughness. 

Features

ShelfTRACK's full width roller provides 300% more product contact than plastic wheel rails to reduce imprinting which eliminates product hang-ups and delivers all the benefits of carton flow. The durability of the full-width roller design delivers a maintenance free carton flow system eliminating the need to replace damaged wheel tracks and lowering your order picking costs. "Drop-in" design for fast, easy installation in your existing flow rack shelves.

Simply remove the existing plastic wheel track and "Drop-in" the ShelfTRACK®. Guide tracks are not necessary with ShelfTRACK® but existing guides can be reused if so desired. ShelfTRACK® is available in 6", 9", 12" and 15" widths with roller spacings of 1", 2" or 3" to ensure proper support and flow of your product.

Durability

Load capacity of the carton flow system is determined by the capacity of the existing shelf. Carton flow shelves which are supported on 24" centers or less will have a capacity of 50 lbs per linear foot. The ShelfTRACK® length equals the length of the plastic wheel track.

Shelf Bed fits into any existing carton flow shelf bed.

Shelf Bed brings all the convenience and flow advantages of universal carton flow beds to applications with existing plastic wheel roll tracks. Shelf Bed's shallow side channel is designed to retrofit all traditional carton flow shelves. Shelf Bed creates full-width universal carton flow shelves, providing maximum flexibility to place product in any location within the carton flow bay without changing or moving tracks.

Shelf Bed is recommended for operations where product dimensions or product locations change frequently. Shelf Bed applications are ideal for order picking and manufacturing operations exhibiting the following:

• Product SKU's constantly changing
• Frequent changes in package dimensions
• Re-slotting of product on a regular basis

Features

Staggered, mini-rollers (1.75" wide x 1.375" dia.) are supported by 5/16" steel axles to withstand impact loading and tough handling. The mini-rollers provide more conveying surface resulting in less imprinting, fewer hang-ups and better flow. Shelf Bed's panels drop-in design install in 1/3 time of plastic wheel roll tracks. Simply remove the existing plastic wheel roll tracks and "Drop-In" the Shelf Bed panels to create a full-width universal carton flow shelf.

Panels are constructed with 13 gauge galvanized side channels and are available in 12" and 18" widths.

In-feed guides are available to define product lanes and are easily adjusted to reconfigure product slot positions on demand.

Durability

Load capacity of the carton flow system is determined by the capacity of the carton flow shelf. Carton flow shelves which are supported on 24" centers or less will have 50lbs. per linear foot load capacity. Shelf Bed's gravity conveyor design will meet the rigors and demand of order picking operations eliminating the maintenance issue of continually replacing plastic wheel roll track.
