Bolted Racking

Redirack bolted racking offers strength, flexibility and cost savings. By shipping upright frames unassembled, the savings in freight costs Bolted Column and Bracecan be tremendous. Assembly of the frames on-site is quick and easy, and offers flexibility in design. On-site repair is also a snap - damaged braces can easily be replaced with new ones; damaged front columns can be replaced at a fraction of the cost of replacing the entire frame.

Redirack currently offers several lines of bolted racking:

Bolted FootplateThe R2 line - featuring a robust roll-formed upright (compatible with all "Redirack" style racking); available in 3 different gauges (12, 13, 14 gauge) in either a powder coat epoxy, or pre-galvanized finish.

K2 ColumnThe K2 line - the world's first bolted structural rack system, with all the features of a bolt-together system and the added rigidity of structural steel upright columns and load beams. The K2 system is compatible with standard welded angle bracket beam connectors or the Konstant weld-less one-bolt beam connection.

R2 ColumnThe T2 line - a roll-formed column section with all the features of the R2 line, but with tear-drop style hole punching on the front and 2" beam adjustability, compatible with many US manufactured pallet rack systems.
